Newsletter? What’s in it?

If you’re considering signing up to my newsletter, here’s what you’ll get:

 

1) A seasonal recipe OR natural health tip OR a FREE download (this might be a healthy party plan, weekly menu, an at-home-mini-retreat, or something similar). 

2) A scientific update about a food or nutrient, with the link so you can read the evidence for yourself, if you wish.

3) A short update letting you know what I’ve been up to and if there’s anything you might like to join me on.  A smoothie at the beach?  Picnic in the park? Workshop? Cup of tea and a slice of cake?  Those kinda things!

 

No external adverts and I promise not to sell or share your info.
