6 tablespoons tahini
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon tamari sauce
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
dash of water
What to do:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
Add a dash of water to the consistency of your choice.
We liked it quite thick.
Serve with Rainbow Falafel or other dishes of your choosing.
