1/2 cup sunflower seeds - ground
1/2 cup almond powder
1 lemon - grate the rind. Then juice and scrape out the flesh.
1 tablespoon date syrup (honey or molasses could be used as alternatives)
2 tbsp mixed omega oil (I used a blend of flax and evening primrose oil)
Small handful coconut powder to dust.
Optional extra if desired*
What to do:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Then form into balls, roll in coconut powder and place on a dish.
Pop in the fridge or freeze.
Time to prepare: 10-15 minutes
*Optional extras: 1/2 - 1 teaspoon maca powder or 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ginseng powder
